In the following privacy policy Metalminotti S.r.l. (hereinafter the “Firm” or “Metalminotti”) intends to describe the working of this website, with specific regard to the modalities whereby personal data pertaining to the users who visit it are gathered, registered and used, as well as the purposes of such processing.
This privacy policy is provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”) to those who interact with the web services of the Metalminotti website.
This privacy policy applies only to the web site “https://www.metalminotti.it” ( hereinafter the “Metalminotti website”) and does not apply to other web sites possibly reached by users through the link.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and its implementing EU and Italian laws, as amended and integrated from time to time (the “Applicable Privacy Law”).

An up-to-date list of data processors may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

The information systems and software procedures implemented for the operation of this website may acquire, during the course of their normal execution, personal data, the transmission of which is implied in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
