In the fabrication process of tube plates for heat exchangers, Metalminotti follows a special manufacturing cycle which conferes distinctive qualities to alloys, refining their crystalline structure and avoiding any porosity. This allows a superior machining, especially during drilling operations, which are the most critical phases in tube sheets manufacturing.

Metalminotti has a large inventory of sheets in several sizes and ASTM alloys. Moreover, thanks to a new CNC water-jet machine, Metalminotti carries out specific cuttings to get finished items saving material and extra machining.
